Privacy Policy

Using the website

The website does not ask you to sign in and does not require an account. Results and charts are served the same way to everyone. No advertising or tracking cookie is set by us for the purpose of profiling you.

What the app collects

• Mobile number — used to create your account and to send the one-time password that signs you in. It is the identifier your wallet and bids hang off.
• MPIN — a short code you set, stored only in a hashed form. We cannot read it back and cannot tell you what it is.
• Bank or UPI details — only if you save a payout destination. Used to send withdrawals and for nothing else.
• Wallet and bid history — every deposit, bid, settlement and withdrawal, because a wallet that cannot be audited cannot be trusted.
• Device push token — if you allow notifications, so a result can be pushed to your phone.
• Usage and diagnostic data — which screens are opened and which errors occur, in aggregate, to find faults.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of your messages. We do not buy personal data about you from anyone, and we do not sell or rent yours.

Who your data is shared with

Only the service providers needed to run the product, and only with what each one needs: an SMS provider to deliver your OTP, a payment gateway to process a deposit, a cloud database to store your account, and an analytics provider for aggregate usage. Each processes data on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Account and wallet records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as financial record-keeping requires. Diagnostic data is kept for a short, rolling window. When you ask for deletion, we remove what we are not required to retain — see Data Deletion.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your MPIN is hashed. Access to the production database is limited to the people who operate the service, and the wallet is written through a single audited path so that no balance can change without a matching ledger entry.

Children

Samarth Games is for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we have, the account is closed and the data removed.

Your choices

• Turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — see Data Deletion.
• Remove a saved bank account from inside the app.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and surface the change in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
